Job Description
About Seeds
Seeds Investor (“Seeds”) is a fast-growing financial technology company on a mission to create a world where money and meaning are aligned. We empower financial advisors with the tools and resources to deeply understand investors and deliver a more meaningful investing experience at scale — helping them assess investor needs and values, automatically deliver customized portfolios, and more deeply engage their clients, all in one experience.
You’ll join a small, senior team with deep financial-services, technology, and start-up experience, operating at the forefront of wealth-tech innovation. Headquartered in NYC; this role is fully remote within the U.S.
The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the core product experience — the end-to-end advisor platform our customers live in every day. The senior level is where most of our hands-on product work happens, so this role comes with real end-to-end workstream ownership, not just backlog administration.
You’ll own the product lifecycle from idea to execution for the core advisor workflows — researching and validating what’s worth building, shaping the conceptual model and information architecture of the platform, defining how we measure success, and driving delivery with design, engineering & customer-facing teams all the way to adoption. You’ll make the complex simple and create clarity out of ambiguity in a fast-moving startup.
At Seeds, product and design are deeply intertwined; we expect our PMs to have a strong design sense and to convey their thinking through high-level (increasingly AI-assisted) diagrams & prototypes, not just spec documents. We also expect our PMs to experiment with new workflows, learning to use AI and other tools to move faster and raise quality across discovery, prototyping, and delivery, while remaining the accountable owner of everything they ship.
You’ll report to product leadership and partner closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market.
What You’ll Do
- Own the core product lifecycle, idea to execution. Take a workstream from ambiguity to a shipped, adopted outcome and stand behind the result.
- Deeply understand the business and the user. Develop a clear command of the business problems we’re solving and the outcomes we’re driving.
- Run discovery and validation. Frame the problem and validate usability, viability, and feasibility before committing, including business-case and product-marketing validation so we build the right thing and kill bad bets early.
- Shape the conceptual model and information architecture. Define how features get surfaced coherently across the platform, in close partnership with design.
- Define metrics and close the loop. Set the success metrics and measurement plan for your workstream, and follow up to answer: did we build the right thing?
- Prioritize a coherent roadmap. Weigh value, effort, and risk; decide the right level and type of process for the work; and defend the call to leadership and customers.
- Prototype to think and to align. Convey ideas through high-level flows & prototypes used for stakeholder validation and developer specs.
- Drive delivery and go-to-market. Coordinate specs and delivery with design and engineering, then partner with marketing and customer success on rollout, adoption strategy, and success metrics.
- Improve how we deliver value. Strengthen the systems and processes for how work moves from strategy to roadmap to feature.
- Communicate vision and trade-offs. Explain complex trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and raise the people around you through partnership and example.

What You’ll Bring (Required)
- 4–7+ years of product management experience, shipping products end-to-end, ideally on a small team that ships frequently.
- A track record of owning a workstream or domain end-to-end from discovery through launch and adoption.
- Strong product and design sense. You care deeply about usability and delivering value to end users, and you can convey ideas through high-level flows, mockups or prototypes.
- Discovery and validation chops. You conduct and synthesize research (user and market), and turn insight into data-driven product decisions.
- Fluency defining and measuring success metrics. You are comfortable using them to decide what to prioritize next.
- AI-assisted fluency. You are comfortable creating with AI tools and you have a point of view on where they help and where they don’t, and you hold a high bar for the output you ship with them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You can articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Comfort with ambiguity. You’re self-driven, proactive, and thrive solving difficult problems under uncertainty in a fast-moving startup.
- Wealth-tech, financial-advice, or fintech domain experience is strongly preferred. We hire for the ability to ramp quickly into this domain.

Nice to Have
- Start-up experience in a small, fast-moving, ambiguity-rich environment.

How We Work With AI (so you know what you’re signing up for)
AI enablement is table stakes for the product org at Seeds.

- AI is an enhancement, not a replacement. A strong PM with AI is the bar; AI does not lower the bar for product judgment, design sense, or accountability.
- You own your output. No “the model wrote it.” You are the accountable owner of every spec, prototype, and decision you ship, held to the same standard as hand-crafted work.
- We’re building toward agentic delivery. We increasingly design workflows that let us take an idea from discovery to a working prototype, and beyond, under human direction. We want PMs who lean into that.
