Web Designer— Wix, Figma & Conversion Optimization
Location: 100% Remote
Clover Meds is a growing telehealth company making personalized care more accessible, transparent, and supportive. We’re seeking a creative, data-minded Web Designer to build trustworthy digital experiences that convert prospective patients into active patients.
You’ll help complete and launch our Wix website, design full patient journeys, and continuously improve performance through data and experimentation. You’ll work directly in Wix and create implementation-ready Figma designs for our internal development team.
🍀 Design and launch: Build and maintain responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly Wix pages.
🍀 Create complete journeys: Design quizzes, forms, lead-generation flows, registration pathways, and intake experiences.
🍀 Collaborate in Figma: Deliver polished designs, prototypes, specifications, and assets for non-Wix experiences.
🍀 Optimize performance: Use CRO, A/B testing, and behavioral data to reduce friction and improve conversions.

- Strong experience with Wix, Figma, web design, and UX
- Experience designing mobile-first websites and multi-step journeys
- Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and platforms such as GrowthBook
- Ability to analyze website, funnel, and experiment performance
- Experience delivering implementation-ready designs
- A strong portfolio, project-management skills, and collaborative mindset
