Azure DevOps Engineer | Fully Remote (UK) | £65,000
I'm working exclusively with an established UK software company on this one. They've been building award-winning products for over three decades, with millions of users worldwide across their desktop and cloud portfolio. As their cloud product range grows, they're hiring an Azure DevOps Engineer to own the release automation behind it.
The role
You'll take responsibility for developer, test and production environments across a growing portfolio of cloud products, designing and maintaining the CI/CD pipelines that get releases out reliably. This is a hands-on engineering role in a collaborative technical team reporting directly to the CIO.
Day to day you'll be:
- Designing, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps using YAML
- Managing infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Writing and maintaining PowerShell and Bash automation
- Managing and monitoring Azure resources, including scaling, backups and security
- Handling secrets and credentials via Azure Key Vault
- Troubleshooting pipeline, environment and infrastructure issues
- Participating in occasional out-of-hours maintenance on production environments

What you'll need

- Solid grasp of CI/CD principles and release management
