Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Software Engineer at Celeritas AI. In this position, you will be responsible for full-stack web development and implementing AI solutions that enhance order management and reimbursement processing. You will leverage object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, ensure secure and efficient deployment in the cloud, and rapidly assimilate evolving concepts in both foundational and generative AI. We are looking for engineers who possess strong computer science fundamentals, are well-versed in Python, and demonstrate the adaptability to quickly learn and apply new AI strategies and techniques.

This role requires working hours aligned with the U.S. East Coast time and strong English fluency for effective communication within our distributed team.

Qualifications

2+ Years of Development Experience: Proven track record working in professional software development environments.

Strong Computer Science Foundation: In-depth understanding of algorithms, data structures, and OOP principles.

Proficiency in Python: Demonstrable experience building robust, maintainable back-end services.

Cloud Deployment Experience: Basic familiarity with deploying applications to cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

AI Readiness: Willingness and ability to learn foundational AI concepts, and quickly come up to speed on generative AI models, tools, and strategies.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Skilled at troubleshooting complex issues and delivering efficient, scalable solutions.

Independent & Collaborative: Comfortable working autonomously as well as within a remote, cross-functional team.

Strong Communication Skills: Able to clearly convey ideas, requirements, and feedback.
