Python Backend Developer

English fluency is required as part of this role.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 3+ years of experience as a Python Backend Developer.
• Strong proficiency with Python for backend development.
• Experience with API integration and collaboration with frontend applications.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Helm.
• Proven experience with RESTful API development and web services.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Jenkins.

👉 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python, ensuring scalability, performance, and code quality.
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs following best practices for security, documentation, and integration.
• Design, optimize, and maintain database structures using PostgreSQL and MongoDB to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver well-architected and scalable backend solutions.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline maintenance and automation using tools such as Jenkins.
• Implement containerized solutions using Docker and deploy/manage applications in OpenShift/Kubernetes environments with Helm.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in backend development, cloud-native architectures, and AI-driven solutions.
