This is a newly created position that will play a key role in helping the business connect workforce planning, project demand, resource allocation, and financial forecasting into a single, joined-up planning function.

- Strong analytical and data modelling skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI experience, with the ability to create dashboards, reports, and planning models.
- Understanding of resource planning, capacity planning, and/or workforce planning.
- Experience working within project delivery, PMO, engineering, or operational environments.
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain governance frameworks and planning processes.
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on data quality, standards, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple business functions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Systems-thinking approach with strong problem-solving capability.
- Current holder of, or eligible to obtain, UK SC Clearance.
