Job Details:
We're seeking an experienced Cloud/DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Terraform, GitLab, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and collaborating closely with Agile application development teams.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Cloud/DevOps Engineering experience
- AWS GovCloud experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience building and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines and repository structures
- Strong scripting experience with Bash, Python
- Experience with AWS Architecture and cloud-native deployments
- Experience supporting on-premises to AWS Cloud/GovCloud migrations
- Strong understanding of DevOps best practices and Agile methodologies

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Build, enhance, and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Create and review Merge Requests (MRs) following DevOps best practices
- Automate cloud infrastructure deployments and application delivery
- Collaborate with application development teams as an embedded DevOps engineer
- Support AWS cloud infrastructure, IAM, Secrets Management, and ECS environments
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story management
- Assist with cloud migration initiatives from on-premises to AWS/GovCloud
- Ensure repository governance, branching strategies, and deployment standards are followed
