Mandatory Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in systems or infrastructure administration.
- Consistent hands-on experience across all three essential infrastructure areas:
- Virtualization
- Backup and recovery
- Storage administration
- Experience administering enterprise virtualization environments, particularly VMware and/or OracleVM.
- Experience supporting complex or large-scale infrastructure and datacenter environments.
- Portuguese at C2 level.
- English at B2 level or above.
- Availability to participate in a weekly standby rotation.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and operational ownership skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Dell infrastructure solutions, particularly backup and storage platforms.
- Experience with Avamar or Dell PowerProtect Data Manager.
- Experience with Dell Compellent, Unity, PowerStore or PowerScale.
- Experience with NetApp storage environments.
- Knowledge of Horizon desktop virtualization.
- Experience administering Brocade SAN switches.
- Familiarity with Dell PowerEdge and Dell OpenManage.
- Familiarity with Nutanix or VxRail environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain enterprise virtualization platforms, including VMware and OracleVM.
- Manage backup, recovery and data-protection environments.
- Administer Dell and NetApp storage platforms, ensuring availability, performance and secure storage utilization.
- Configure and support Horizon desktop-virtualization environments.
- Administer Brocade SAN switches and related storage connectivity.
- Monitor and optimize server, virtualization, backup and storage infrastructure.
- Support datacenter and multi-site infrastructure operations.
- Investigate infrastructure incidents and contribute to service continuity.
- Participate in the weekly standby rotation according to operational requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and infrastructure standards.
- Collaborate with the wider infrastructure team and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Compensation Transparency
Base salary range: EUR 18,000 - EUR 22,000 gross/year
Total compensation: up to EUR 35,000/year
The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate’s profile and position requirements.
