About The Role

We are seeking a talented Web Application Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining modern business applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will leverage both traditional development methodologies and low-code/no-code tools to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop applications that enhance operational workflows. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web application development. Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, SQL, and JavaScript is essential. A solid understanding of software development principles, Agile methodologies, and experience working in remote or distributed teams is preferred. Candidates should have a proven track record of developing scalable and secure applications, troubleshooting complex issues, and deploying solutions in a live environment. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET Core, SQL, and JavaScript, ensuring they meet functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Utilize traditional development approaches alongside low-code/no-code tools to accelerate delivery and ensure scalability. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high performance, security, and reliability. Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and continuously improve development processes. Deploy applications to various environments, monitor their performance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Provide end-user support and training as needed, ensuring a seamless experience for all users. Maintain comprehensive documentation of development activities, system configurations, and user manuals. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.
