Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for technical, functional, and leadership roles across South America
Partner with business leaders, account teams, project managers, and hiring managers to define talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche and highly specialized technology profiles including SAP, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Infrastructure, ERP, and Digital Transformation roles
Manage recruitment metrics and regional KPIs including hires, time-to-fill, source mix, gross margin compliance, hiring conversion rates, and hiring forecasts
Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, talent availability analysis, and hiring feasibility assessments to support strategic decision-making
Drive recruiting efforts across multiple hiring models including Full-Time Employees, Contractors, Freelancers, and Vendor-based engagements
Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and staffing partners ensuring compliance with submission standards, ownership policies, and service delivery expectations
Support workforce expansion initiatives across countries where the organization maintains legal entities and through alternative engagement models
Lead candidate experience initiatives throughout the recruitment lifecycle ensuring timely communication, interview coordination, feedback management, and process closure
Coordinate onboarding activities, background verification processes, contract readiness, equipment delivery, and new hire integration
Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies, labor regulations, contractor engagement requirements, and regional employment practices
Collaborate with global and regional teams to support international projects, cross-border hiring initiatives, and distributed workforce strategies
Prepare and present executive recruitment reports, regional hiring dashboards, and business performance reviews to senior leadership
Mentor and support talent acquisition best practices, process improvements, and operational efficiencies across the recruitment function

Responsible for delivering hiring targets, market intelligence, vendor management, onboarding processes, and recruitment operations across multiple countries.
