Job Description
The Administrator, People Team reports into the Senior Business Partner and provides essential administrative support to the People Team, ensuring accurate employee records, smooth practices and processes, plus a positive employee experience. This role plays a key part in supporting the employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding to offboarding while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
This is a permanent, full-time role, with flexible working through Monday-Friday core hours. The role can be performed fully remote (from home).
Core Skills and Responsibilities
The daily impact of this role is characterized by (though not limited to) the following core skills and tasks:
- Provide administration and support for international employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Manage and maintain relevant international portals, including user access, updates, leave & absence reporting, logging queries, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and respond to queries within the People Team inbox, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolutions.
- Coordinate and complete employment reference checks in line with company policies.
- Respond to external agency reference requests in line with company policies.
- Raise Purchase Order Requests accurately and in a timely manner on the company accounting system.
- Raise accurate and timely IT system tickets for joiners, leavers, and other ad-hoc requests.
- Support probation processes; including tracking, communication, and documentation.
- Draft and issue employee correspondence and letters (e.g., contracts, confirmations, amendments).
- Support with preparing and submitting payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain HRIS systems, including adding job roles, creating requisitions, running reports, and ensuring data integrity, plus other ad-hoc requests.
- Support Learning & Development administration, including maintaining role profiles and managing system access (e.g., Absorb LMS).
- Assist with all onboarding and offboarding processes, system tasks and employee queries - ensuring a smooth and compliant employee lifecycle experience.
- Deliver administrative support for international associates and contractors, ensuring accurate records and a high level of service.
- Provide efficient and timely support for any other day-to-day administrative requests from wider People Team - responding to queries and assisting with operational tasks.
