Salary: $80K-$115k + 10% Bonus +Full relocation package

• Develop and execute territory sales and marketing strategies in partnership with Sales Leadership and Business Unit Management.
• Promote and grow sales of existing and new products within assigned accounts while identifying opportunities for market expansion.
• Create customer-focused proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities through closure and achieving annual bookings and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, activity reports, and key performance metrics.
• Manage customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor by understanding technical requirements and delivering value-based solutions.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Contracts, and Operations teams to develop proposal strategies, pricing recommendations, and customer solutions.
• Act as the voice of the customer by identifying market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new products and service offerings.
• Support long-term sales growth initiatives through market analysis, margin improvement strategies, and business planning.
• Lead or participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to promote products and strengthen brand presence.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with distribution partners, product managers, and field sales representatives to identify growth opportunities and improve market penetration.
• Ensure all business activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.

Additional Responsibilities
• Review customer contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and risk management requirements.
• Provide regular updates to Sales Leadership regarding account status, customer satisfaction, competitive activity, and growth initiatives.
• Develop and maintain account business plans, including revenue targets, gross margin performance, customer contacts, product history, and strategic objectives.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience • Minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably within the aerospace, aviation, defense, or manufacturing industries. • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
Required Skills
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
• Proven track record of building customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
