Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Netherlands - LUNARTECH is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for establishing and growing LUNARTECH’s presence in the Netherlands and broader European market. The CEO will define and execute the regional strategy, oversee operations, and ensure alignment with global company objectives and AI deep-tech standards. Daily responsibilities include leading business development and sales initiatives, building strategic partnerships with universities, enterprises, and institutions, and representing LUNARTECH in key industry forums and stakeholder meetings. The CEO will manage financial performance, drive sustainable growth, and coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, operations, product, and marketing. This role also involves fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture, ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance, and providing regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to the global leadership team.
Qualifications
- Strong financial management skills, including Finance and Business Planning, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
- Proven Operations Management experience, including building and scaling processes, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated Sales and growth leadership, with a track record in B2B or enterprise sales, partnership development, and revenue expansion.
- Advanced Strategic Planning capabilities, including market analysis, go-to-market strategy, and long-term organizational planning.
- Executive leadership experience in technology, AI, or deep-tech sectors, preferably with exposure to European markets and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at C-level and board level.
- Comfort operating in remote, internationally distributed teams, with strong adaptability and decision-making skills in fast-moving environments.
- Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in Business, Technology Management, or related field) or equivalent executive-level
