As a Technical Product Manager you can expect to:
- Maintain the product roadmap: write user stories, work with the engineering and commercial teams on task priority and requirements gathering, develop documentation, and maintain project management tools, tickets, and sprint schedules
- Guide product marketing: collect user feedback, conduct market research, and coordinate with the digital marketing and sales teams to communicate product development
- Measure and analyze product performance: collect and analyze data, track KPIs, and build dashboards
- Grow and maintain knowledge of the travel industry and awareness of technology trends
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 years’ professional experience in a similar product role
- Strong technical proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in all phases of product development
- Knowledge of APIs, UI/UX, product positioning, SaaS business models
- Working experience with product management tools (Clickup, Jira, or similar) and processes (scrum, roadmapping, and similar)
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Familiar with the structural and technical constraints of front-end (ReactJS) and back-end development and how to accommodate these constraints in product designs
- Experience communicating with and engaging a variety of audiences
- Commitment to continuous improvement

Trip Ninja is based in Halifax, Canada and we will be prioritizing candidates in the following cities: Toronto, London, Ottawa, Vancouver, Winnipeg, and Calgary.
