Senior Talent Acquisition Leader - Build from Ground Up

Reporting directly to an exceptional Head of Human Resources, you'll have the opportunity to build the recruiting function from the ground up while partnering closely with senior leadership to shape the company's future.

This is a true builder role ... a founding talent acquisition role. You'll begin as a one-person Talent Acquisition team with the full support of leadership and the opportunity to grow and lead the function as the organization continues to expand.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the company's Talent Acquisition function from the ground up
• Own full-cycle recruiting across corporate, commercial, technology, operations, and leadership positions
• Develop recruiting strategies, scalable hiring processes, and best practices

• Partner with executives and hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor
• Evaluate and implement recruiting technology, including an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and AI recruiting tools
• Build proactive talent pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Develop recruiting metrics, reporting, and workforce planning strategies

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience building or significantly transforming a recruiting function
• Proven success recruiting within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience implementing or optimizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
