Job Description


For one of my customers, we are looking for a Network & Security Service Delivery Manager

Location: Europe(100% remote)

Duration: 6 months(renewable)

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Global Network Services Delivery Manager to oversee the operational delivery of global network services in a complex multi-vendor environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of global network services.
  • Ensure service quality, SLA achievement, and operational stability.
  • Coordinate incident, problem, change, and major incident management.
  • Manage key suppliers such as Nomios, Park Place, and other network providers.
  • Monitor supplier performance, contractual commitments, and service delivery.
  • Lead transition, reversibility, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Prepare operational governance meetings, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports.
  • Coordinate teams across LAN, WAN/SD-WAN, WiFi, Internet, Firewalls, Zscaler, DDI, and Remote Access.
  • Work with Architecture, Security, Workplace, Infrastructure, and ITSM teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.

Required Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in Network Operations, Infrastructure Services, or Service Delivery Management.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, Cisco LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Palo Alto, Zscaler, and network security.
  • Good understanding of ITSM processes: Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Major Incident.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or BMC Helix.
  • Strong supplier management, contract management, governance, and reporting skills.
  • Experience in large international and multi-supplier environments.
  • Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Autonomous, structured, proactive, and able to challenge suppliers constructively.
