Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our fully remote engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and modern DevOps practices. You will work closely with software engineers, architects, and security teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Manage and administer Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement GitOps deployment strategies using ArgoCD or similar tools.
- Monitor infrastructure health using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack or equivalent monitoring solutions.
- Ensure infrastructure security, availability, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve deployment processes and release automation.
- Support cloud migrations and cloud infrastructure optimization.
- Implement best practices for networking, security, scalability, and automation.
- Document infrastructure architecture, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.

Requirements
Must Have
- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer.
- Strong Linux system administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production.
- Excellent knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform.
- Experience with Git, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud, or DigitalOcean).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Experience implementing infrastructure security best practices.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
- Experience working within Agile teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
