We are a highly selective, growth-focused design residency. We don’t run a school, we run a hyper-collaborative growth engine where product designers tackle real industry briefs, face live juries, and learn to scale products to millions of users.

The Opportunity

We are looking for our Zero-to-One Builder. As our Entrepreneur in Residence, you aren't just joining a team, you are coming in to invent, break, and scale things. You will act as part product manager, part hacker, and part community architect, working directly with the founding team to build entirely new ventures within the Nofolios ecosystem.

What You Will Actually Do

• Experiment Relentlessly: Identify untapped opportunities and launch scrappy pilots, growth loops, and industry partnerships.
• Write the Playbook: Take raw, successful experiments and operationalize them into sustainable, core offerings for the community.
• Architect the Experience: Shape high-stakes capstone projects and residency structures that push designers out of their comfort zones.
• Own the Outcomes: You own the metrics. Test fast, fail fast, and scale the winners.

Who You Are

• A Proven Builder: You’ve launched ventures, initiatives, or side-hustles from absolute zero. You thrive in the messy, ambiguous early stages of a project.
• A Growth Thinker: You make decisions rooted in product strategy, user data, and market realities not just gut feelings.
• Design Fluent: You intimately understand product design, user research, and how to translate qualitative insights into hardcore growth tactics.
• A Remote Powerhouse: You are ruthlessly self-directed. You don’t need a manager; you need a target.
• A Sharp Communicator: You can pitch a vision, facilitate a heated debate, and document your learnings without relying on corporate fluff.
• The Wildcard (Bonus): You’ve spent time in the trenches of early-stage startups, accelerators, or innovation labs.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, design, tech, or equivalent practical experience.
