Senior Systems Administrator - SaaS Collaboration Platforms

A leading technology-driven organization is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to own the administration, security, and optimization of modern SaaS collaboration platforms in a fully remote environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, distributed organizations where autonomy, responsiveness, and continuous improvement are essential. You'll partner closely with IT, Security, and Business Systems teams to manage collaboration tools, streamline workflows, improve user experience, and build scalable automation across the enterprise.

What You'll Tackle:

• Administer enterprise collaboration and productivity applications
• Manage user provisioning, access governance, SSO, SCIM, and identity integrations
• Configure and maintain SaaS platforms, permissions, and security controls

• Partner with Security and IAM teams on access reviews and Zero Trust initiatives
• Build automation using APIs, scripting, and workflow automation tools
• Support application integrations across collaboration and development platforms
• Create documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
• Troubleshoot escalated platform issues and provide Tier 3 support
• Coordinate SaaS application upgrades, migrations, and vendor relationships
• Improve operational efficiency through AI-enabled workflows and automation

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of Systems Administration or SaaS Operations experience
• Experience administering modern SaaS collaboration and productivity platforms
• Strong knowledge of SSO, SCIM, Okta, or similar identity providers
• Experience supporting fully remote or distributed organizations
• Experience managing user lifecycle, permissions, and access governance
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs and automation tools
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Experience in security-conscious enterprise environments is highly preferred
