About the Role:
We are looking for a security-first Cloud DevSecOps Engineer to help design, automate, and secure our multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. This role focuses on integrating security into every stage of the software delivery lifecycle, enabling a true Shift Left approach while ensuring scalability, automation, and compliance across cloud environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage AWS and Azure infrastructure using Terraform.
- Build and secure CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
- Integrate security tools into the software delivery lifecycle.
- Implement IAM, RBAC, and secure secrets management.
- Deploy and secure Kubernetes clusters (EKS & AKS).
- Monitor cloud security posture and remediate vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CIS standards.
- Automate infrastructure, security, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to promote DevSecOps best practices.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, deployment, and security issues.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, or DevSecOps.
- Hands-on experience with both AWS and Azure.
- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS and/or AKS).
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of IAM, RBAC, cloud networking, and encryption.
- Experience with vulnerability management and cloud security best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional, proactive, and security-focused mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault or Azure Key Vault.
- Knowledge of compliance standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CIS Benchmarks.
- Experience with container security and Kubernetes security hardening.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and cloud governance.
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated cloud environments.
