Over the last seven years, we built the #1 Embedded Payroll + PEO and HR Platform. With our B2B2B solution, vertical SaaS, workforce management, and other software platforms can partner with us to quickly get into the payroll business. Adding a payroll product to help their customers a way to save money, time and reduce errors that can come with costly government penalties is a win. And the partner wins as well, adding up to 2x to their ARPU (average revenue per user) and extending their customers lifetime by 30%. Our goal is to help our partners become a payroll provider without spending tens of millions of dollars and several years building an in-house solution; and the best part is that they can get it done 5x faster without any loss of revenue.
What You Will Be
- Working on ambitious interesting projects supported by a team of experienced professionals.
- Working on development of new product features, currently focusing on backend.
- Working with development team to create solutions to deliver on the business objectives.
- Agile team - your voice will be heard; you will not be just coder blindly typing someone else specifications.
- Analyzing and establishing business requirements in collaboration with the engineering lead.
- Developing your hard and soft skills together with the team.
- Making technical decisions.
- Communicating with the project manager.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of working experience with C# + ASP.NET and MVC or ASP.NET Core.
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, data structures, and algorithms.
- Previous experience with SQL database; data heavy B2B products with modern design.
- Good Written and Verbal English.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Strong organizational, self-control and responsibility.
- 5+ years of software development in commercial projects.
- Result-oriented, proactive approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Technical mindset with great attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
