HRGA Officer

Dear Applicants,

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join PT EJJV Engineering Indonesia as an HRGA Officer. As an established oil and gas contractor in Indonesia, we are looking for a proactive individual to manage both our internal and external communications while supporting our HRGA operations.

Our head office is located in South Jakarta. However, this position requires a candidate who is willing to be assigned outside of Jakarta as needed. Relocation and placement support will be provided in accordance with the company's policy.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Experience in HR, General Affairs, or Related Fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, HR Management, Psychology and Related Fields.
• Familiar with HRGA process flow
• Familiar with labor regulations and also its derivative regulations
• Accustomed to doing and working on payroll processes, tax calculation and familiar with handling recruitment and understanding the flow of the recruitment process from start to finish, familiar with industrial relations & external relations areas

• Familiar and neat in terms of HR administrative area
• Have good excel skills and used to manage database well
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and procedure
• Ability to participate in recruitment and work placement processes
• Experience in Oil and Gas Industry is preferred
• Willing to be placed in EJJV Workshop, Marunda Industrial Centre
• Preferably domiciled in Bekasi or Jakarta
