🚀 We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and Spain-resident Data Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team and design, build, and optimize the scalable data pipelines and architectures that power our analytics and reporting, with a strong focus on maintaining high-performance data processing systems and integrating enterprise operational systems!

Technical Knowledge🧐

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL to develop and optimize scalable data transformation logic.
• Ability to design robust relational and dimensional data models, complete with clear metadata, lineage management, and data quality controls.
• Solid experience using Azure services (such as ADLS Gen2 and Azure Data Factory) to build and operate reliable workflows.
• Mastery of Databricks technologies including PySpark, Delta Lake, and SQL Warehouses to develop high-performance data processing solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices using Git and Azure DevOps, alongside Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts, to ensure consistent and repeatable deployments.

✨Role and Responsabilities:

• Build and automate scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake).
• Ingest and transform data from SAP S/4HANA and other operational sources to create reliable, well-structured datasets for analytics and reporting.
• Implement robust monitoring, testing, and reliability practices to ensure high-quality, trustworthy data pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience integrating SAP S/4HANA data sources, such as CDS Views and OData/APIs.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, logistics, and production.

• Familiarity with SAP IBP data structures and planning processes.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools, specifically Power BI, for delivering actionable insights.
• Knowledge of enterprise data security and compliance requirements, including GDPR, secure data sharing, and auditing.
