About The Role
We're partnering with leading AI research labs to build the next generation of intelligent security tools — and we need experienced SOC professionals to help get it right. Your hands-on knowledge of real-world threat detection, triage, and incident response will directly shape how AI reasons through security scenarios.
This isn't a traditional analyst role. You'll work on the cutting edge of AI development, reviewing and validating how AI systems interpret alerts, investigate incidents, and recommend responses — ensuring outputs reflect how skilled analysts actually operate in the field.

- Analyze realistic SOC incident and alert scenarios — assessing what's happening, why it matters, and what should be done
- Classify alert severity, identify root causes, and evaluate recommended response actions

- Validate AI outputs against how experienced analysts actually think and operate
- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves AI model performance in security contexts

- 2+ years of experience in a SOC, incident response, or security operations role

- Clear written communicator who can explain security decisions and reasoning
