Security Operations Analyst (AI Training)

About The Role

We're partnering with leading AI research labs to build the next generation of intelligent security tools — and we need experienced SOC professionals to help get it right. Your hands-on knowledge of real-world threat detection, triage, and incident response will directly shape how AI reasons through security scenarios.

This isn't a traditional analyst role. You'll work on the cutting edge of AI development, reviewing and validating how AI systems interpret alerts, investigate incidents, and recommend responses — ensuring outputs reflect how skilled analysts actually operate in the field.

What You'll Do

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in a SOC, incident response, or security operations role
  • Solid working knowledge of SIEM platforms, alert triage, and investigation methodologies
  • Skilled at separating genuine security signals from noise and false positives
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable working independently
  • Clear written communicator who can explain security decisions and reasoning

Nice to Have
