SEO Strategist

1. About Our Client:

This organization operates in the AI search and SEO industry, focusing on optimizing large language models and AI-driven search engines such as ChatGPT and Perplexity. It supports high-growth consumer companies and Fortune 1000 enterprises facing challenges adapting to evolving search technologies. The company is in its third year and experiencing rapid growth, expanding its monthly recurring revenue and enterprise client base while working with a globally distributed, fully remote team.

2. About the Opportunity:

The SEO Strategist role is designed to lead the SEO strategy for client accounts within revenue-generating pods. The position is critical for delivering measurable search performance improvements by driving strategic thinking and ownership rather than task execution. The role contributes directly to client success and revenue generation by collaborating closely with account managers and content specialists.

3. Responsibilities:

• Own SEO strategy development and implementation for assigned client accounts

• Collaborate with account managers and content specialists within a pod

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data and analysis

• Occasionally participate in client calls to support strategy presentation and discussion

4. Requirements:

• Approximately 5-7+ years of SEO specialist experience with demonstrated progression in roles

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate reasoning in detail

• Clear spoken English communication

• Strategic mindset with ownership and accountability for outcomes

• Driven, hardworking, and committed to continuous learning

• Preferred: experience working directly with enterprise or high-growth consumer brands

• Preferred: willingness and ability to be client-facing

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $3,500-$4,000 per month gross salary

• Full-time and fully remote position
