Every case we close is a story most marketers would kill for: a founder lands in San Francisco and announces her Series A six months later; an engineer gets the visa that changes his family's trajectory for good.
These stories happen here faster than we can tell them - powered by a product that makes an infamously painful process feel effortless, and noticed by VCs like a16z and Blackbird, who already send us their portfolio companies.
What we don't have is the marketing leader to turn all of that into an unmissable brand. That's you.
We exist so that exceptional people and companies can work wherever their ambition takes them.
Concord is a specialist immigration firm built for the speed and complexity of high-growth tech. We've already processed 3,000+ visas across US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK for clients like Andreessen Horowitz, Halter, Tracksuit, Ideally, OpenStar and Zuru, and we're just getting started.
We spun out of Crimson Education because we saw an industry ripe for reinvention. Our founding team has built and scaled companies before; now we're combining that operator DNA with purpose-built technology to make global mobility seamless and transparent.
Most immigration firms still run on tired email chains and clunky shared drives, which means slow processes, opaque timelines, and a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth. We built our own platform to kill all of that. Our custom-built app gives applicants real-time visibility into their case and automates the admin so our highly experienced legal team can focus on the high-judgement work that moves cases forward.
We hire ambitious problem-solvers who choose ownership over complacency. If you want a seat at a startup where you ship things that matter, keep reading.
This is our first full-stack, full-time marketing leadership role. You'll own brand, demand generation, and content across five markets (and growing), with our part-time Marketing Manager reporting into you, and a mandate to expand the Marketing function as the engine proves itself.
We have serious raw material: marquee clients, VC relationships, a purpose-built platform, a talented small team, and founder-led content that already outperforms paid channels. What we don't yet have is the connective tissue: the strategy, targets, and engine that make it all compound. That's the role you’ll play.

You'll report directly to the CEO, set the strategy alongside the founding team, and stay hands-on while the team is small. This is a role for someone who can write the plan and then write the landing page.
Success looks like: a qualified pipeline you can trace to revenue, a growing share of voice in the Startup and Tech ecosystem, and a marketing engine that compounds as we scale.
- Marketing strategy & positioning: Own the plan and sharpen the story - immigration built for the speed of high-growth tech, against incumbents still running on email chains.
- Demand generation: Build the engine that hands our GTM team qualified employer pipeline, with volume and quality targets you're accountable for.
- Brand & thought leadership: Scale our founder-led content playbook beyond one voice and grow Concord's share of the conversations founders and operators are already having.
- The content engine: Direct our content strategy: AEO/SEO-led visa guides, LinkedIn-first distribution scaled across many voices on our team, and best of all: stories from our successful cases. You'll turn our visa wins into founder stories, short-form video, and PR moments that people want to celebrate.
- Partner & ecosystem marketing: Turn our VC value-add programme and event presence into a proper co-marketing channel across our hubs. Expand and execute our strategy to include other value-aligned commercial partners.
- The team: Lead, develop, and grow the marketing team, hiring ahead of need as the function scales, globally.
You'll thrive at Concord (regardless of the role) if:
- You're energised by pace and ambiguity, not paralysed by it. When something's hard or unclear, your instinct is to figure it out rather than wait for instructions.
- You communicate with clarity and precision, whether the audience is a nervous applicant, a time-poor CEO, or a room full of people who know nothing about immigration.
- You're wired for outcomes. You don't confuse being busy with being effective.
- You're curious by default. You experiment with new tools, challenge existing processes, and consider "we've always done it this way" a poor excuse.
To succeed in this role you'll also need:
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, including 2+ years leading a team or function.
- To have carried a pipeline or revenue number for a B2B services or SaaS business, not just brand metrics.
- A builder's profile: you can set strategy and then execute it yourself, ideally proven at an early-stage or scale-up company.
- To be an excellent writer and editor - our category runs on trust and clarity.
- Data fluency: HubSpot (or similar), attribution, and confident reporting to a leadership audience.

Bonus points if you:
- Have a network or track record in the startup and VC ecosystem.
- Have marketed a professional services, legaltech, fintech, HR tech or other high-trust category.
- Have worked across multiple markets (ANZ, US, UK, Canada).
- Have marketed to two-sided audiences (e.g. employers and candidates).
- Your work changes lives, and you'll get to see it happen. It's rare to work somewhere the impact is this tangible. You'll help a founder land in San Francisco and later watch them announce their Series A. You'll help a brilliant operator relocate for the role of a lifetime, and see their journey evolve from there. The impact here isn't abstract. You can trace a direct line from what you did to a company scaling or a person's career trajectory changing for the better.
- You'll grow faster here than anywhere else. We're early-stage and scaling fast, which means you'll get exposure and responsibility that would take years to earn at a larger organisation. We prefer to stretch people into opportunities early - leadership and strategy roles open up as we grow, and we'd rather promote from within than hire from outside. You'll also have access to development opportunities across our parent company, Crimson Education, where 33% of all hires last year were internal moves. Everyone gets a $1,500 annual learning budget, direct feedback through radical candour, and no space to coast.
- We're high trust, and high ownership. Everyone at Concord holds equity through the Crimson Education ESOP scheme. When the company wins, you win. Day-to-day, that ownership mindset extends to how you work: we're office-first but flexible around the edges. If you need to shift your morning for school drop-off or block out an afternoon for focused work - that's your call. We hired you for your judgement, we're not going to micromanage how you use it.
- The people here are the reason it works. We're a small team of experienced operators, many of whom are immigrants themselves. We've sat on both sides - as the person navigating a visa process, and the one trying to hire across borders. That lived experience means we hold ourselves to a higher standard, because we know what's at stake. We're tightly collaborative, we challenge each other constantly, and everyone here is expected to contribute at the level the work demands - no bystanders.
Concord Visa is built on the belief that moving countries should be possible for everyone. We bring that same philosophy to our own team. We welcome applications regardless of ethnicity, gender identity, disability, age, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. And yes, for the right person, we'll sponsor your visa. We know a thing or two about that.
- You apply: Submit your application. You'll also need to answer a handful of questions which help us narrow down your alignment with Concord & the role.
- Intro call (20 min): Mutual fit chat to get to know you better. We'll answer your questions too.
- Interview (60 min): Deep-dive on your experience, our plans, and whether we're a good fit for one another.
- Work sample (90 min): A realistic task so you can show us how you think. We'll ask you to run through the exercise and record a loom for our review.
- Offer: References, then a call to talk numbers and start dates.

If you're close but not a perfect match on paper, we still want to hear from you. We hire on capability and potential, not checkboxes - though our legal roles do require specific professional registrations.
