  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes, coordinating with IT, security, and department heads for seamless hardware and software provisioning.
  • Administer company-wide benefits programs, including open enrollment, health plans, 401(k), and wellness offerings in compliance with local laws.
  • Partner with finance to process semi-monthly payroll and resolve any discrepancies regarding compensation, bonuses, or equity grants.
  • Maintain state and federal compliance across all operating jurisdictions, managing mandatory filings, workers' comp, and employee handbook updates.
  • Develop and track key people metrics, such as retention, time-to-onboard, and engagement survey data, delivering quarterly insights to leadership.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-6 years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or an HR generalist role, preferably within a fast-growing technology company.
  • Deep administrative expertise with modern HRIS platforms, equity management systems, and ATS tools.
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws, benefits administration, and multi-state compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to build reports and analyze workforce trends using Excel or Google Sheets.
