As a
Principal Product Manager at ZEOS, you'll join a dynamic team dedicated to tackling diverse order fulfillment and delivery challenges for merchants aiming to establish and thrive in the European market. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the vision and strategy for customer delivery options and digital solutions within the delivery domain. This encompasses implementing diverse shipment methods and creating tracking solutions that align with market demands and growth opportunities across EU countries. Collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including Logistics and Transportation, as well as Merchants and Sales Channels, is crucial to ensure the delivery of high-performance products, and to establish success metrics and KPIs.
In this role, you'll work collaboratively with various teams across the organization to establish and execute a roadmap. This involves driving initiatives focused on automation, usability, accuracy, and data-led strategies. By delivering these innovative products, you'll empower our teams to self-serve, efficiently manage their operations, and contribute to the overall growth of our platform. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- You'll align your product vision and strategy with the business vision of being Europe’s most customer-centric fulfillment platform that connects any fashion brand with customers anytime anywhere
- You'll collaborate with an extended network of internal and external stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and solve the most important product opportunities
- You will define a long-term scalable solution for delivery options leveraging market and industry best practices as well new approaches and customer needs for ZEOS
- You will collaborate with multiple product managers and engineering teams across Zalando to deliver upon your roadmap
- You will define KPIs for your area, monitor these KPIs, understand how they impact our partner experience and business performance over time and drive improvement opportunities through data-led insights
- You will be part of a transformational growth initiative driving significant impact
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
- You are a data-driven and collaborative Product Management practitioner and leader with experience of working with internal and external stakeholders
- You have experience of developing B2C (consumer-facing) or B2B (partner-facing) products across multiple platforms
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams, align goals and deliverables and drive overall success independent of organizational boundaries
- You have experience owning the long and medium term vision and development roadmap for products. You have driven products which have a multi-year horizon for realization of the full vision
- You know how to measure the success of your product and continuously iterate to improve it for the benefit of our partners
- Ideally you have experience working on order fulfillment or delivery solutions
