Role Scope & Purpose:

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights that support business decision-making. This role transforms raw data into clear, compelling narratives through dashboards, reports, and analyses that help stakeholders understand performance, identify trends, and prioritize opportunities. The Data Analyst serves as a key resource across departments - working with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to answer data-driven questions and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for assigned prospects from initial discovery through contract execution
  • Conduct compelling discovery calls and product/service demonstrations tailored to prospect needs
  • Develop and present customized proposals and pricing packages
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts in the CRM
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target accounts
  • Collaborate with SDR/BDR team on outbound strategies and account prioritization
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and client retention
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on prospect conversations and market insights
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and competitive positioning


Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases
  • Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase, or similar)
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into clear business insights
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy standards
  • Strong english proficiency (B1- C1)

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, or automation
  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar)
  • Familiarity with dbt for data transformation
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical significance analysis
  • Background in ecommerce, SaaS, or marketing analytics
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts and dimensional design
