Your Mission

‍

As our AI Solutions Architect, you will design and oversee the technical architecture of our AI MVPs — ensuring they are scalable, secure, and production-ready. You will bridge business strategy with cutting-edge technology, guiding projects from early prototypes to live production deployments. You’ll play a key role in shaping our technical direction and helping clients unlock the full power of AI.

What You’ll Do

‍

• Translate business challenges into scalable AI architectures and solution designs.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and co-creation workshops with clients.
• Evaluate and select the right tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) for each use case.
• Oversee end-to-end solution development from proof of concept to production-ready MVPs.
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, product strategists, and UX designers.
• Define best practices for MLOps, security, data governance, and architecture scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship across project teams
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients and stakeholders.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

‍

• Proven experience in AI/ML solution design and system architecture.
• Strong background in data science and software engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and modern AI/ML stacks.
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI frameworks, and MLOps practices.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills — able to simplify the complex.
• Strategic thinking combined with a bias for action and delivery.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

‍

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or machine learning system design.
• Proven experience architecting and deploying AI/ML solutions on at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience designing data pipelines, APIs, and integrations that support AI workloads.
• Understanding of MLOps practices, including model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
