Your Mission

‍

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will bring ideas to life by building and deploying AI-powered MVPs quickly and iteratively. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology to create practical AI solutions that drive real business impact.

What You’ll Do

‍

• Develop, prototype, and deploy AI/ML models rapidly.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI frameworks into solutions.
• Build APIs, automate workflows, and connect systems for end-to-end AI applications.
• Collaborate closely with AI Strategists and AI Solutions Architects.
• Implement MLOps best practices to ensure models are scalable, maintainable, and production-ready.
• Experiment with new AI tools and frameworks to continuously improve solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain AI systems.

• Strong experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Hands-on expertise with generative AI frameworks and LLMs.
• Familiarity with MLOps, cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), and API development.

• Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity.

Minimum Qualifications

‍

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, or 2+ years with a strong record of applied AI projects and prototyping.
• Practical experience with Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or similar).
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
• Experience with API development and integrating ML solutions into applications.
• Understanding of MLOps principles and deployment on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
