Senior Growth Lead - Strategic & AI-Driven Social Media Expert

We are looking for a high-caliber, strategic Growth Lead to sit at the intersection of our founding team, project movements, and execution squad.

This isn't a traditional "content scheduler" role. You will be the bridge between the founders’ vision and market reality, overlooking the entire social growth team, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving high-conversion, viral campaigns. You are someone who understands the pulse of the internet, knows how to ride the wave of project momentum, and leverages deeply integrated AI workflows (beyond just basic ChatGPT prompting) to scale distribution

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Team Oversight: Act as the "one in between", managing the core execution team while effectively managing project founders' expectations.
• Strategy & Go-To-Market (GTM): Own the weekly project priorities, GTM strategies, and overall distribution roadmap.
• Budget & ROI Management: Allocate and optimize ad budgets, ruthlessly tracking what works, what doesn't, and pivoting instantly based on data.

• Viral & Conversion Engine: Design and execute social media strategies that don't just gain views, but convert impressions into hard metrics (users, sales, sign-ups.)
• AI Workflow Integration: Implement and oversee advanced, cutting-edge AI tools and custom workflows to automate and supercharge content production and distribution.

What We Are Looking

• For7–8+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in growth marketing, social media strategy, or digital product marketing at a senior level
• Small Team Leadership: Experience managing, mentoring, and keeping a small, fast-paced team accountable and motivated.
• Proven "Viral" Track Record: You have successfully sold a great product before and have a portfolio of campaigns that gained massive traction/views and translated directly into high conversion.
• Deep Tech/AI Fluency: You don't just use ChatGPT for writing copy. You understand advanced AI applications, workflows, or automations that give growth teams an unfair advantage
