This isn't a traditional social media role — we need someone who blends AI, creativity, branding, analytics, and growth marketing into scalable systems that drive real business results: engagement, visibility, leads, and user acquisition.

The Role :

You'll own and grow the digital presence of three brands, working directly with leadership to build modern, AI-powered marketing strategies across every channel.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Growth

• Manage & grow TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and YouTube
• Content planning, scheduling, and community management
• Trend monitoring, social listening, and audience growth strategy

AI-Powered Marketing & Automation

• Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut AI, and marketing automation platforms
• Speed up content creation, competitor analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization

Content & Growth Marketing

• Build viral short-form (Reels/TikTok) and LinkedIn thought-leadership strategies
• Run lead-gen, engagement, and creator/influencer collaboration campaigns
• Apply audience psychology, content hooks, retention strategy, and algorithm knowledge

SEO & Online Visibility

• Improve organic traffic, keyword targeting, and content discoverability
• Conduct competitor and market research, trend forecasting

Brand Strategy

• Define positioning, messaging, voice, and tone across all three brands
• Run brand audits and SWOT analyses; maintain brand guidelines
• Partner with product, sales, and design on brand-integrated campaigns

Performance & Analytics

• Track engagement, growth, conversions, and campaign performance
• Turn data into clear, actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications :

• 3+ years in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Brand, or Growth Marketing
• Proven experience managing multiple social platforms
• Hands-on with AI tools & marketing automation
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube growth
• Strong analytics/reporting skills
• Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
