About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to work directly with our Senior AI Architect, turning designs into working products. You'll build and ship features across our AI product suite using Claude and other LLM tooling — from prompt pipelines and agentic workflows to NetSuite integrations. This is an execution-focused role: you'll take architectural direction and deliver production-ready results fast.
- Execute development tasks defined by the Senior AI Architect across our Voice AI, AI billing, and NetSuite AI products
- Build and maintain LLM-powered features using Claude (API, Claude Code, Agent SDK) — prompt engineering, tool use, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines
- Develop integrations with Oracle NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk/REST, SuiteQL)
- Implement voice AI components: speech-to-text, text-to-speech, real-time conversation flows
- Build automation for AI-driven billing: data extraction, validation, invoice generation
- Test, debug, and document AI features; monitor quality and cost of LLM usage
- Prototype quickly, iterate on feedback, and ship

- 2–4 years of software development experience (Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs — Claude/Anthropic experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering, function/tool calling, and agent architectures
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Ability to work independently from high-level direction and deliver reliably
- Strong communication skills — you'll work closely with the architect and product team
