About The Role
The role owns full-cycle talent acquisition for high-growth business units, managing the candidate journey from initial sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding. This position collaborates directly with department heads to understand technical and commercial requirements, ensuring hiring strategies align with broader company scaling targets.
This position demands a deep understanding of market trends, candidate motivations, and structured assessment methods. Operating in a fully remote capacity, the recruiter will play a critical role in scaling distributed teams while championing an objective, data-driven, and highly communicative recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering, product, and business operations roles, maintaining a clean and accurate pipeline in the ATS.
- Partner with hiring managers to draft compelling job descriptions, define structured evaluation rubrics, and align on ideal candidate profiles.
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean queries, and niche talent communities.
- Facilitate pre-brief and debrief sessions with interviewing panels to mitigate bias and ensure structured, objective hiring decisions.
- Manage candidate offer processes, including complex compensation structuring, equity explanation, and closing negotiations.
- Analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and sourcing channel efficacy to continuously optimize hiring processes.

- 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment or high-growth startup.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing passive mid-to-senior level talent across engineering, product, or sales disciplines.
