About the role
We are looking for a Junior AI Automation Developer to support our consulting team. This is a fully remote, permanent position focused on using automation to solve boring, repetitive data problems. You will not be building abstract models or chasing the latest hype. Instead, you will create practical tools that help our consultants move data between systems, verify accuracy, and generate clear documentation for our clients. Since we are a remote company, you will need to be comfortable managing your own schedule and communicating clearly through written updates. This is a paid position, and the compensation is competitive for an entry level role in the current market.

What you will do

• Write Python scripts to automate the extraction of data from legacy financial systems and spreadsheets.
• Use large language model APIs to help categorize and map unstructured data into structured formats.
• Build and maintain internal tools that help our consultants generate configuration guides and training manuals.
• Test automation workflows to ensure they produce consistent and accurate results every time.
• Work with senior consultants to understand the specific data challenges of a client project.
• Draft technical documentation that explains how your scripts and automations function.

• Clean and format large datasets to prepare them for migration into new enterprise systems.
