This is the job

Join a global leader in digital lottery and gaming technology, building one of the industry's most advanced cloud-based iLottery platforms. The company develops secure, scalable solutions used by millions of players across multiple European markets, combining modern engineering practices with cloud technologies, AI-driven analytics, and high-performance distributed systems.

This is a highly collaborative environment where performance is considered a key quality attribute throughout the development lifecycle rather than a final testing phase.

This is you

  • 3+ years of commercial experience as a Performance Engineer or Performance Test Engineer
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, K6, Gatling or NeoLoad
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, bottleneck analysis, and troubleshooting

  • Ability to write code or automation scripts using Java, Groovy, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Experience planning, estimating and executing performance testing activities
  • Strong communication skills in English
