About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable back-end systems that support our innovative recruitment platform. Your primary focus will be on building robust APIs, integrating third-party services, and ensuring the security and performance of our applications. Collaborating closely with product managers, front-end developers, and architects, you will play a crucial role in the entire application lifecycle, from conception to deployment. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in back-end development, with a strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework, preferably .NET 6 or higher. You should have extensive experience developing RESTful APIs and working with modern ORMs such as Entity Framework. Familiarity with SQL databases and NoSQL technologies is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of dependency injection, secure coding practices, and cloud services, particularly AWS. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance back-end systems using C# and .NET frameworks, ensuring code quality and documentation standards are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and front-end developers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop and support APIs, integrations, and database schemas, ensuring secure and efficient data handling. Build and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and performance. Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and documentation efforts to promote best practices and knowledge sharing. Implement secure coding practices, monitor system health, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly, while continuously seeking opportunities to optimize system performance and scalability.
