Are you a high-intellect problem solver who feels constrained by traditional junior developer roles? Do you want to architect software, manage clients, and solve strategic bottlenecks instead of spending years writing boilerplate code?
We are looking for an elite, high-potential Associate AI Solutions Architect & Client Lead to join our Greek firm Business Automatica Hellas E.E. (Remote-only).
This is a highly practical, client-facing role. Instead of traditional manual coding, you will conceptually design systems and leverage advanced AI coding agents (like Claude Code, Codex, PI, others) to build and ship real software at 10x speed. This frees you up to focus on what matters: client strategy, vendor orchestration, and critical problem-solving.
🎯 What you’ll do (Hands-on & Client-Facing):

- Translate client needs directly into production-ready software architectures.
- Orchestrate AI agents like Claude Code to rapidly generate code across our stack.
- Build hands-on with modern platforms like Vercel, Fly.io, Railway, Modal, etc..
- Manage live systems utilizing AWS, serverless, Supabase and the like.
- Lead high-level stakeholder meetings and align external software vendors.
💡 Who you are:
- 0–2 years of experience, but possessing raw, top-tier intellect.
- Exceptional communicator (English!) with flawless service ethics.
- AI-first thinker who views AI as the ultimate force multiplier.
- Natural owner who proactively fixes problems before being asked.
