Senior Technical SEO Specialist

Digital Deluxe is a Melbourne digital marketing agency running SEO across B2B and B2C clients - technical, content, local, the works. We've rebuilt our entire delivery model around AI. That's not a buzzword here: our team drives AI tools every day to work faster and sharper, and this role only works for someone who does the same.

We're not hiring someone to grind through tasks a machine can now do. We want someone who gets more out of AI than most people do - and, critically, catches what it gets wrong.

What you'll own: technical audits, SEO strategy and performance across a client portfolio. You're accountable for the outcome, not a checklist. You'll work inside our stack (SE Ranking, GSC, DataForSEO, Claude) and you'll spot problems before they become fires.

You're right for this if you:

– have run technical SEO end-to-end across multiple sites (audits, fixes, content strategy, tracking)

– are genuinely AI-native — you already lean on these tools daily and have real opinions on where they help and where they lie

– catch your own mistakes before anyone else does

– bring things unprompted: "I saw X, we should be doing it"
