Integration Specialist - ServiceTitan Multi-Tenant Configuration & Data Management

🎯 The Role

Join the Integration team to help own ServiceTitan and its connected ecosystem end to end. You'll share accountability for how ServiceTitan is configured, integrated, adopted, and improved, turning the needs of nine distinct brands into one governed, scalable configuration that still respects each brand's identity. This is not a maintenance seat. We're looking for a builder who leans in and helps make the environment measurably better.

🛠️ What You'll Own

• ServiceTitan, end to end — configuration, workflows, roadmap, releases, and continuous optimization.
• Integrations — manage and maintain the connections between ServiceTitan and our broader tech ecosystem.
• New-brand onboarding — as we acquire companies, you map their setup, migrate their data, and stand them up in ServiceTitan.
• Multi-tenant administration — every ServiceTitan function across complex business units, each with its own setup, templates, and contracts.
• Environment build-out — business units, tags, skills, workflows, SBET/pricebook, templates, and reporting, delivered through a governed, tiered rollout.
• Data + AI — evaluate large data sets, clean and map data for migrations, catch quality issues, and use AI to work faster and sharper.
• Requirements to reality — gather needs, build a prioritized backlog, and ship against it with clear acceptance criteria.
• Governance and adoption — set the guardrails that keep nine brands coherent, then drive the training that makes it stick.

✅ What You'll Bring

• Fluent, professional English, written and verbal. You'll work directly with U.S. leadership, brand teams, and vendors.
• Comfort on camera and ready to present to stakeholders when the moment calls for it.
• Hands-on ServiceTitan experience, ideally including multi-tenant or multi-business-unit administration.
• Comfort with AI tools in daily work, with an interest in using them more.
• Some exposure to Sage Intacct or a similar ERP is a nice plus, not a must.
• A collaborative style. You build trust easily and enjoy working across teams.
• A builder's mindset. You want to grow, take initiative, and add real, lasting value.

🏭 Industry Background We Prefer

Roofing industry experience is a high preference. Beyond that, we welcome strong candidates from U.S. services and trade industries broadly — exteriors, home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar field-services verticals. Knowing how U.S. trade businesses actually run is a real edge.

⭐ Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Exposure to roofing/exteriors tools like EagleView, Hover, or SRS.
• Familiarity with roofing CRMs: AccuLynx, JobNimbus, LeapCRM.
• Experience integrating field CRM with ERP/spend-management platforms.
• Experience in a PE-backed, multi-brand, or roll-up environment.
• Adjacent tools: SalesRabbit, Xactimate, Paylocity.
