About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Backend Developer to join our remote team from anywhere in India. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our backend systems that serve as the backbone of our platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Python development, with a particular emphasis on building RESTful APIs using Flask Restful and deploying web applications with Flask-WSGI servers. Your expertise will help ensure our backend infrastructure is robust, scalable, and performant, supporting the continuous growth and innovation of GrabJobs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers and system architects, will be key to delivering seamless user experiences and maintaining high standards of code quality and security.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python backend development.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining RESTful APIs using Flask Restful.
• Experience in configuring and deploying Flask-WSGI servers for web applications.
• Strong understanding of server configurations, particularly NGINX for load balancing and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with the Django framework for web development is advantageous.
• Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks is a plus.
