Developer Role and Responsibilities :
Your specific duties will be based upon your experience as a Full Stack Engineering Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-scale web applications and APIs in accordance with WonderBotz standards and best practices. You will work closely together with our enthusiastic team of both business and technical specialists. You will be part of a fast-growing, successful team that helps our clients maximize their benefits.

Full Stack Engineering & Solution Architecture
- Design and develop enterprise-scale web applications and APIs
- Write, review, and maintain high-quality production code across frontend and backend technologies
- Architect scalable, secure, high-performing enterprise applications
- Define application architecture standards, coding practices, and development guidelines
- Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security
- Design and implement AI/GenAI solutions within enterprise applications
- Integrate Azure OpenAI, Copilot, LLMs, or similar AI technologies into business workflows
- Identify automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered business solutions
