Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-focused HRIS Data Coordinator to join our People & Culture team on a full-time, 6 month fixed-term contract working 37.5 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HRIS data coordinator to successful implementation of organisation in preparing, analysing, validating and maintaining high-quality data across People & Culture, Payroll and Finance.
Based at our Regional Support Office in Warwick (with relocation to Bedworth, Coventry in September 2026),
About You
- Experience working with HR, Payroll or Finance data.
- Supporting system implementation or data migration projects.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- Excel proficiency combined with excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work across multiple departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.

- Analyse, cleansing, validating and coordinating data to ensure its accurate, complete and ready for migration into new systems
- Support with system testing, resolve data issues and contribute to continuous process improvements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Identify, investigate and resolve data inconsistencies, duplication and errors.
- Work closely with implementation partners and internal project teams to ensure data readiness.
- Liaise with Finance, Payroll and People & Culture teams to gather, validate and reconcile information.
- Coordinate requests for data updates and ensure consistency across multiple systems.
