About The Team
Central Analytics is a central team providing all businesses within ZMS with reporting, data concepts, deep dive analyses and consulting on all types of analytical questions. This makes us have a great impact across a broad range of stakeholders within ZMS and even beyond. Supply analytics is a sub-team within central analytics that focuses majorly on Business steering (reporting to the executives) and operational efficiency which includes tasks like campaign optimization. The team also supports major events like cyber week or seasonal sales from an analytics perspective.
The team is already well equipped with analytical expertise focused on various data topics and on top of that we are currently looking for a Senior Analyst - Business Analytics who will be a part of the steering pillar of the ZMS business.

What We'd Love You To Do (and Love Doing)
- Responsible for ZMS Business Steering reporting landscape the corresponding steering formats and its further improvements.
- You are an excellent communicator and you support with your data storytelling skills our senior management and commercial teams to take data-based business decisions and actions.
- As a part of the Steering team you will closely work with respective stakeholders, collect requirements, independently drive and create key analyses to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of ZMS campaigns.
- Monitoring different business models by developing a deep understanding of those, constructing robust KPIs and deriving actionable insights from them.
- Constantly iterating the reporting infrastructure and analytics hub to make steering more efficient.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF...
- You're proud of a degree in economics, computer science, mathematics or other quantitative studies and have already relevant > 5 years working experience as an analyst or in the field of Controlling.
- You balance technical acumen with business understanding and excel in collaborating with senior leadership (C suite) stakeholders to drive insightful, robust analyses.
- You have a proven track record of building up business monitoring and deriving actionable insights which translates into strong knowledge of e-commerce KPIs and how they can be defined, continuously monitored and shared across stakeholders.
- You can easily translate business questions into quantitative terms and present the results in an easily understandable manner.
- Your ability to dive into details and hands-on mentality enable you to get things done and create a big impact in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess extensive knowledge of respective tools and methods, preferably SQL. Experience with data visualisation tools like MSTR, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Qlik, Google DataStudio is needed to create dashboards/reports. Hands-on experience with a scripting language like SAS, Python or R would be a plus.
