- 3+ years of experience supporting HR technology, talent management systems, or HRIS platforms.
- Hands-on administration experience with one or more of the following systems preferred:
- HealthStream
- PeopleFluent Performance Management and Compensation
- iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite
- Knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation administration, learning management, and workforce compliance processes.
- Experience supporting healthcare organizations, hospital systems, or multi-site environments preferred.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel and system reporting tools.
- Experience managing user security, workflow configuration, system audits, and vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and support a diverse stakeholder population.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
