Support HR technology, talent management systems, and HRIS platforms
Administer HealthStream, PeopleFluent Performance & Compensation, and iCIMS Talent Acquisition systems
Manage user security, workflow configuration, system audits, and vendor relationships
Develop and maintain reports using Excel and system reporting tools
Support talent acquisition, performance management, compensation administration, learning management, and workforce compliance processes
Provide customer service and problem-solving for diverse stakeholder population

12-month contract role

100% Remote

Must Have Experience With 2 Of The Following Systems

  • HealthStream (Learning Management System)
  • PeopleFluent Performance & Compensation
  • iCIMS Talent Acquisition System.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting HR technology, talent management systems, or HRIS platforms.
  • Hands-on administration experience with one or more of the following systems preferred:
    • HealthStream
    • PeopleFluent Performance Management and Compensation
    • iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation administration, learning management, and workforce compliance processes.
  • Experience supporting healthcare organizations, hospital systems, or multi-site environments preferred.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel and system reporting tools.
  • Experience managing user security, workflow configuration, system audits, and vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and support a diverse stakeholder population.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
