We’re hiring Program Manager - Global Cybersecurity Services , It's 100% Remote role.

Role Overview:

Seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead and coordinate cybersecurity programs across Security Operations, Governance & Risk, Compliance, Application Security, and Security Architecture. Reporting to the CISO, this role will drive cross-functional delivery, establish PMO best practices, manage project dependencies, and provide executive-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity project and program delivery.
• Manage project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate initiatives across Security Operations, GRC, Compliance, AppSec, and Security Architecture teams.
• Build and mature the Security PMO, including governance, reporting, and delivery standards.
• Provide executive status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Drive issue resolution, change management, and audit-ready documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience in Cybersecurity or IT.
• Experience managing enterprise security programs across multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of Security Operations, GRC, PCI DSS, Compliance, Application Security, and Security Architecture.
• Strong PMO, portfolio management, Agile/Waterfall, RAID, and executive reporting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project/Planner, Confluence, or SharePoint.
• PMP/PgMP/PMI-ACP preferred; CISSP, CISM, or Security+ is a plus.
