Fully Remote One Identity IAM Team Lead / Technical Architect (m/f/d) - Switzerland 🇨ðŸ‡
For a leading global technology consulting company in Switzerland supporting an internationally renowned consumer goods organization, we are currently looking for a Fully Remote One Identity IAM Team Lead / Technical Architect (m/f/d).
This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale Identity & Access Management initiatives in a fully remote environment, collaborating with international teams from anywhere.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions based on the One Identity suite
- Lead identity lifecycle management initiatives, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes
- Configure and optimize IT Shop, request and approval workflows, attestation campaigns, and role governance frameworks
- Drive IAM transformation projects, including migrations from legacy environments to cloud and hybrid IAM solutions
- Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, adaptive authentication, and multi-factor authentication solutions
- Integrate One Identity solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID (Azure AD), and other enterprise systems
- Design and manage authentication and authorization integrations using SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, Kerberos, and REST APIs
- Provide IAM governance concepts aligned with compliance and security requirements
- Lead build, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities across development, test, and production environments
- Act as the primary IAM technical expert within client engagements
- Translate business and compliance requirements into robust IAM architectures and technical solutions
- Present architecture concepts, roadmaps, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Mentor and guide IAM engineers and developers while ensuring high-quality project delivery

Your Profile
- 8+ years of experience within Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with One Identity implementations
- Strong expertise in One Identity Manager and OneLogin
- Proven experience designing IAM architectures and leading end-to-end IAM implementations
- Strong background in identity lifecycle automation, governance, and access management
- Experience with SSO, federation, MFA, and modern authentication protocols
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid identity environments
- Strong understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, Kerberos, and REST integrations
- Experience leading IAM transformation, migration, and upgrade projects
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills
- Previous experience as an IAM Team Lead, Technical Lead, or Architect is highly desirable
