We are looking for a hands-on SEM & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands.
This role is ideal for someone with strong paid media experience who enjoys working directly inside advertising platforms, analyzing performance data, testing new strategies, and continuously improving campaign performance.

What You'll Do:
Google Ads
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands.

- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including:
- ROAS
- CPA
- Revenue
- Conversion Rate
- Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, audience testing, and campaign analysis.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement performance improvements.
- Meta Ads: Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Test audiences, creatives, and campaign structures.
- Optimize acquisition and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities.

Analytics & Tracking
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and reporting tools.
