Growth Marketer

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a Series A AI company (:44 people, founded 2020, $28M raised) building a modern B2B marketing-automation platform — drag-and-drop email, AI-powered personalization, real-time segmentation, and no-code workflows. As marketing hire #2 or #3, you'll own the relationship-driven channels and turn them into pipeline with full ownership over executive events, webinars, content, LinkedIn, gifting, and ABM.

What You'll Do

Own executive events and dinners end-to-end (targeting, logistics, execution, conversion follow-up). Build company presence via webinars, LinkedIn content, and educational video. Execute gifting and ABM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts. Create content — guides, case studies, thought leadership, and lead magnets. Plan conference presence, satellite dinners, and co-marketing partnerships.

What Success Looks Like

First 90 days: own and improve the events + content engine and tie activity to pipeline. First year: build repeatable, measurable relationship-driven pipeline programs.

MUST-HAVES

1–4 years in B2B growth marketing, events, or field marketing at a startup; strong ownership and execution; comfort tying marketing activity to pipeline.

NICE-TO-HAVES

Experience as an early marketing hire; familiarity with modern martech (HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Customer.io, Salesforce).

Compensation & Benefits

$150K–$210K base (USD), meaningful early-stage equity (stock options). Open to relocation and visa sponsorship.

LOCATION & WORK MODEL

On-site 5 days/week in San Francisco.
